OBJECTIVES
- Participants examine their leadership behavior in groups and teams
- They learn to facilitate and implement changes in teams and groups
in a goal-oriented way - They become aware of their strengths and weaknesses regarding development,
facilitation, and leading of teams - They learn how to can influence others in the team through their personal behavior
- They experience empathic interpersonal communication as an important base
