Project Start Workshop
OBJECTIVES
- Within your project team, you develop a mutual understanding towards topics like goals,
quality, leadership, role allocation, and cooperation. - You are able to communicate openly and work more trustingly with each other
- You clarify existing, individually different views and thoughts on the joint project.
- You work on your communication- and cooperation habits, and on your role in
the project team. - You realize how you can make an effective contribution towards the team success in future
- You make an agreement about basic rules how to deal with each other,
and to successfully continue the process you started together.
PARTICIPANTS
Self-contained organizational units like general project teams, which are working
in a group on a goal for a certain time (project duration).
CONTENTS
According to the situation, after a preliminary meeting,
in a custom-made workshop concept:
- Initializing speech of the appropriate constituent
- Project team identification: chances and risks from the employees' personal point of view
- Who does what in the project?
- Strengths and weaknesses of the group and its individual members
- Leading and directing
- Success factor "cooperation" and its extent
- Motivation, performance and success
- Communicational concept within the project
- Individual thinking- and behavior styles of the project participants
- Integration and transfer of the agreements on the job
METHODS
- Process- and pragmatic work with the complete team
- Facilitated meetings in groups
- Process analyses in the round-table discussion
- Clarification talks, mini-lectures, as useful images or collages
DURATION
Upon agreement: 1,5 to 2,5 days
