Methodology of Project Management

By permanent pressure of costs and competition, we find ourselves forced to offer products and services cheaper and better at the same time – or to develop new things as quick as possible under the aspect “time-to-market”

In this environment, the central form of work organization is the project management. But project work also brings about adversities. Independent of whether newcomer or accomplished leader, the project leader contends with or against an organization and a culture, which might not always be optimally attuned to projects.
Simultaneously, he or she is supposed to form a team, apply a method and instruments, solve problems, organize themselves, build up knowledge for the company, solve conflicts, etc., etc., etc…
