Changes in company and team are achieved through behavioural change of the individual members of a team. Hence, active confrontation with one’s own attitude towards change, is the key to success
OBJECTIVES
- You learn why change is necessary for being successful
- You encounter your own willingness to change and therewith generate new
choices of acting - You reflect on your inner attitude towards change and according change processes
- You realize patterns of your optimistic or pessimistic basic attitude
- You learn to analyze and eliminate your inner resistances against change
- You cooperate for mutual gain.
- You resolve conflicts, which arise in the course of change, through communication.
PARTICIPANTS
Employees from different teams or closed organizational units (departments,
teams, work groups,…)against the backdrop of concrete change processes
CONTENTS
Based on a preliminary talk, a tailor-made workshop according to the change processes in the organization or team and its individual needs, is conceived.
