  • Based on the current situation in the company/field/department, the process leading to organizational development and changes within the company is initiated according to company strategy and market demands.
  • Development of an action plan, where necessary actions and projects for development of the company are established.

Determining the Current Situation

  • Assessing and visualizing the individual problem area as a successful 
    starting point for further work 


Visions

  • Working out and showing possible and desirable conditions for the future 


Ideas

  • Showing and working out possible ways "from current situation to vision“ 


Actions

  • Decision and adoption of change processes, projects and actions related to the change, 
    action plans. Appointment of a core team to accompany the initiated process of change. 

METHODS

Process- and practice oriented work, process analyses, Gap-analyses, meta-plan 
facilitation, working in groups, turning persons affected into persons involved, 
feedback talks
